Who we are

This site is run for M-Soul Strings, a project of Malpani Estates (Malpani Group), Baner–Pashan Link Road, Pune. Malpani Estates decides how the details you share here are used.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), the residence and walkthrough options you pick, and the page and campaign that brought you here (for example an ad’s UTM tags or click ID). We also record the date and time and your browser type.

The site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and enquiries. These set cookies and may share your browser and hashed contact details with Google and Meta so we can count enquiries from our ads accurately.

Why we use it

To call or WhatsApp you about M-Soul Strings as you asked, send you the brochure and floor plans, arrange a site visit, and understand which of our advertising works. You gave consent for this when you ticked the box on the form.

Who sees it

Malpani Estates’ sales team, and the service providers that host this site and measure it (Hostinger, Google, Meta). We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are in conversation with us about a home at M-Soul Strings, and no longer than is needed for that purpose or required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Call +91 93555 79739 or tell the relationship manager who contacted you. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
